**Properties with less than 3 bedrooms will be charged at 3 bedroom semi detached rates.

If any window sills, frames, or surrounding plastics have been artificially painted (i.e., not original manufacturer finish or plasti-cote), customers must inform us prior to cleaning. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused to non-standard painted surfaces, including paintwork that may be affected by cleaning solutions.
PLEASE NOTE: For safety and security reasons, we do not climb over roofs, gates, or fences to gain access. We also do not use alley-gated communal entries or pass through customers’ homes.vIf there is no direct external access to the rear of the property, we will only clean the front.
